Chelsea, a seven-year-old contestant, impressed the judges on The Voice Kids by singing Alicia Keys’s “Girl On Fire.” Her talent was immediately recognized as two judges turned their chairs after hearing just a few notes. The third judge’s attention was soon captured by the young performer as well.
It is merely a dream. The melody is familiar to us all when sung by this 3-year-old. She performs with confidence and accuracy, almost as if she has been perfecting her skills for a long time. Witnessing such potential in a young child is remarkable. It is possible that we are witnessing the start of a future star’s journey. Nevertheless, it is a heartwarming scene to behold.
As the song concluded, two of the judges were visibly amazed by Chelsea’s talents and knelt down in awe.
