Justin and Hailey Bieber shared the exciting news that they welcomed their baby boy, and it looks like his name might have a really nice meaning!
The singer of “Baby” and the creator of the skincare brand Rhode announced on Instagram that they have a new baby boy!
The couple tied the knot in September 2018 and shared the exciting news that they were going to have a baby in May 2024.
Earlier today on Instagram, Justin posted a picture showing one of the newborn’s tiny feet, and you can also see Hailey’s hand in the frame.
The caption reads: “Welcome home, Jack Blues Bieber.”
And it would seem there may be a heartwarming reason behind the baby’s name – specifically the name ‘Jack’.
Justin and Hailey Bieber have welcomed a baby boy.
Justin’s parents, Pattie Mallette and Jeremy Bieber, split up just a few months after he was born on March 1, 1994. Because of this, Justin and his dad have had a pretty rocky relationship over the years.
In a 2015 interview with Billboard, Justin shared that he thought his dad was ‘immature’ and ‘not ready to be a parent’ when he was younger.
The singer shared, “When I was around four years old, he was gone for about a year. He went to British Columbia and returned on Father’s Day. I remember my mom telling him, ‘If you’re going to stay, you need to really be here.’”
However, he added: “There’s a misconception that he’s this deadbeat dad, but he has been in my life since. I was with him on weekends and Wednesdays.”
In a post to Instagram in 2017, he added: “I️ love continuing to get to know my father I️ love working through hard things to get to the good things.. relationships are worth fighting for especially with family!! Love you forever and always daddy!”
It looks like Justin and Hailey named their first son, who is also Pattie and Jeremy’s first grandchild, in a way that honors his dad. Justin’s dad is named Jeremy, but his middle name is Jack, which might be a nice tribute.
It would seem Justin and Hailey’s choice of baby name is linked to the singer’s dad.
Fans of the singer have been rushing to social media to send their congratulations to him and Hailey, and they absolutely love the name they picked.
